Radical Uprising Collective

Heal Within. Rise Together. Resist the System

Welcome, and thank you for being here.

I’m Shelly, a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) and founder of Radical Uprising Collective. I work with adolescents (12+) and adults who are ready to move beyond survival—people who want to understand themselves more deeply, break free from old patterns, and create lives rooted in meaning and connection. My style is collaborative, relational, and non-pathologizing. Together, we’ll uncover the patterns that keep you stuck, give language to the parts of your story that have gone unspoken, and reconnect you with your own strength.

I support clients across a wide spectrum of experiences with a compassionate, trauma-informed lens. This includes LGBTQIA+ clients, transgender and non-binary individuals, and neurodivergent adults (including those with Autism and ADHD). I also work with individuals and couples in non-traditional relationships such as polyamory, ethical non-monogamy, and kink/BDSM, offering an affirming space to explore identity, intimacy, and connection. In addition, I work with survivors of domestic and sexual violence, including those with experiences in childhood, always centering safety and trust. While this may seem like a wide range of specialization, I’ve found significant overlap between trauma and neurodivergence, particularly within the LGBTQIA+ community—and most prevalently among trans clients.

While our work is rooted in conversation, we may incorporate creative tools like art or mindfulness when they support the process. My goal is to find what works for you and create the safety needed to explore the underlying patterns that leave you feeling stuck or frustrated.

For me, healing isn’t about fixing what’s “broken.” It’s about reclaiming your voice, deepening your connections, and discovering what life can look like when you are free to be fully yourself.
